What can you see in dashboard?
Orders placed:
It displays the overall amount placed for the order month wise. It explains about the value of amount for a product separately.
Invoices:
It displays the amount placed for the purchase month wise. It explains about the value of money for a customer and product separately
Bank and cash balance:
It gives detailed flow of your cash for debit and credit in every account. The values of amount specified in bank book and cash book.
Receivables:
It explains the value received from the customer on every transaction and the flow of amount value.
Payables:
It explains the value of amount to be paid for the transactions and the bar specifies for every month transaction
Key performance indicator
It is used as an account watch list for all the business transactions which watches over all the changes in your value of amount.
Total Cash in and out
You can keep an eye on your account flowing in and out on monthly analysis.
Profit analysis
The bar specifies for the monthly profit with the income, expense and the profit in different color flow. The point on each graph specifies your income, expense and profit for each month .

Configuration settings
You can configure your own settings for tax, currencies, order and invoice
Taxes:
You can specify the taxes applicable for your transaction ED, VAT and for domestic purpose.
Currency:
You can configure your own rounding off value to the specified currency and the rate for the same.
Sales Account configuration:
You can configure your own account manually, with the product groups, with the tax groups and the separate account on each transaction
Purchase account configuration:
You can configure your own account manually, with the account head, configure account head based on your product groups. Configuration settings for tax groups for every purchase
Payment terms and price change:
You can configure your own setting for Purchase order, Purchase Invoice, Sales quotation, Sales Order, Sales Invoice.

Jenix enables the inbuilt-calculator for every transaction when the price and quantity is specified and the results are automatically shown when the tab key is pressed
